The Search button is an important component of the Acowin system. It is found on almost every screen. Proper use of the Search tool is especially important when dealing with Customers and Sites, so you can locate them quickly while entering new service calls.
This tutorial shows you how to declare unwanted records in some important files, such as the Customer/Site and Equipment files, to be "inactive." This prevents them from being used accidentally.
